Caribbean Pepper Salsa

Scott Van Bonnet is a Caribbean Pepper Salsa that is produced using fresh Scotch Bonnet peppers and other high-quality ingredients. The recipe was originally crafted in Montreal, Canada back in 2012 using Habanero peppers. In 2017, the recipe was transformed in Jamaica where Scotch Bonnet peppers were more locally abundant than Habanero peppers. It was an instant hit with locals and tourists in the Montego Bay area, distributed mostly through street food in the community.

In 2018, Scott Van Bonnet decided that the people of Montego Bay had been living without a Shawarma restaurant for far too long… Fresh meat roasted vertically on a fire roasting spit, topped with garden fresh vegetables and made-from-scratch sauces, loaded into an oven-baked pita bread. This delectable combination has been an instant success, satisfying the hunger of anyone fortunate enough to make it into the Scott Van Bonnet Shawarma restaurant.
